This is a bar chime, also known as a mark tree, and in this design, it's sometimes artistically referred to as an ANGEL CHIME or wing chime due to its wing-like shape.

It is made of chime bars crafted from metal, typically aluminum or brass, for a resonant sound. The frame is usually wooden and often shaped decoratively, sometimes resembling a flying angel or bird. The bars are suspended using strong nylon or metal cords.  Bar chimes are commonly used in jazz, orchestral, cinematic, or ambient music to add atmosphere and sparkling accents. They are also used in meditation, yoga, and sound healing due to their soothing, healing vibrations.
